Valuables

* Thank you for keeping your valuables at home, KNAILS is not responsible for lost or stoles items.

Payments

* We accept Cash/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Discover/ American Express

Returns

* We will honor returns for skin care products up to 10 days only with receipt and original packaging. Un-open

*Absolutely no returns for make-up or exchanges all sales are final with make-up.

Childrens

* Keep in mine all services procedure may take up to 45 minutes, so please make arrangements for your children. This time is all about you.

*Guest must be 15 years of age or older. Guest under 15 must be accompanied by parent or guadian.

* No Pets please!

Gift Certificates Expired in 3 Mos.

Gift Certificates may be exchanged for services or Products before expiration date. There are absolutely no refunds on Gift Certificates.

Reservations

A major credit card or Gift Certificates may be required to guarantee your reservation. All walk-in

are welcome and we do our best to

accommodate walk-in appointment,

however advanced reservations are

recommended to ensure you can be seen

at the time you wish.

Cancellations

When rescheduling a reservation. We require 48 hours notice. Unless we receive such notice.You will be billed for 20% of services reserved. Cancellations or no - shows within two hours of the scheduled will be charged at the full value. Same day appointment are non- cancel able and are charged at full value if canceled.

* We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

* You may charge by Phone, Online. We are not responsible for lost or stolen. Gift cards are non-refundable.
